Located in a lovely garden setting, Lee Valley Lodge offers a peaceful retreat close to shops and restaurants. Guests can enjoy spacious and clean rooms, complete with comfortable beds and carpets. The staff is helpful and the communication is good. The instant hot water and good quality toilet rolls add convenience to the stay. the lodge offers a homely feel, making guests feel welcome and comfortable during their visit.

The cleaning could be improved, as there were some minor issues found in the room, such as an empty packet and a balloon.

The location of the lodge was great, with plenty of shops nearby for convenience. We also enjoyed spending time in the lovely garden, taking in the fresh air and relaxing. Additionally, the staff provided friendly and attentive service.

We had a wonderful stay in Cheshunt just next door to Conservatory, the Lee Valley, and shops, restaurants. Iron and ironing board, a work desk, and TV were available at all times. Lee was the best host ever. Marvellous location in the lovely garden, really enjoyed it.
